Lee is not a desk-based consultant. He has personally managed sow herds, depopulated and repopulated complexes, and delivered results in some of the most demanding production environments in the world — from a 1,200–1,500-sow farrow-to-finish operation in the UK, to a 50,000-head high-health finishing complex for Smithfield Foods in the USA, to a 6,000-sow multi-site business across Ireland.

That hands-on grounding means every recommendation is tested against what actually happens on a farm at 6am, not just what looks right on a spreadsheet.

International & Cross-Cultural Experience

Lee has proven himself working across the UK, USA, Ireland, and Russia — adapting management styles and communication to different cultural environments, regulatory frameworks, and business structures along the way, from EU welfare standards to US-scale production discipline to the very different management culture of a Russian collective farm.

That range matters in Vietnam and China, where regulatory environments, labour markets, and farm cultures vary enormously between the two. A method that only works in one country isn’t a method — it’s a fluke. Ours has been tested across four.

Lee is based in Thailand, a short flight from farms in Vietnam and southern China. That means an independent audit can be arranged quickly, and for owners, follow-up visits are practical rather than a one-off trip.
